Koordinationsbüro
Zur optimalen Koordination wird in Berlin ein Koordinationsbüro eingerichtet, daß mit 2-3 hauptamtlichen Mitarbeitern besetzt wird.
Das Koordinationsbüro dient vor allem als Service- und Anlaufstelle für AktivistInnen, lokalen und regionalen Ortsgruppen, sowie Organisationen und Institutionen.
Es bietet ihnen Auskünfte, Kontaktvermittlung, Vernetzung und Informationen zu aktuellen Gesetzgebungen aus dem Bereich der Inneren Sicherheit und Überwachung, sowie zu Kampagnen und Informationen an.
Das Aktionsbündnis benötigt hierfür und für die Planung, Koordination, Durchführung und Betreuung von
- Kampagnen
- Infoständen
- Informationsabenden
- Podiumsdiskussionen
- Tagungen
- Konferenzen
- Seminaren
- Workshops
- Protestaktionen
sowie für die eigentliche Bündnisarbeit, die Pflege von Kontakte in Politik und Gesellschaft, die Mitwirkung an politischen Entscheidungsfindungsprozeßen etc. einige finanzielle Ressourcen.
Die AktivistInnen und Mitgliedsorganisationen sollen sich gemeinsam in fachspezifischen Arbeitsgruppen (BAG) einbringen und dort themenzentrierte Expertise oder auch Kampagnen erarbeiten.
Das Aktionsbündnis soll sich auch in die Planung, Koordination und Organisation internationaler Kampagnen und Aktionen einbringen und dafür mit internationalen Organisationen und Gremien zusammenarbeiten.
Das Aktionsbündnis konzentriert sich auf folgende Bereiche:
- Koordination, Vernetzung und Austausch
- national (Koordinationsbüro Berlin) und international
- Juristische, soziologische und kulturelle Expertise
- Gutachten, Stellungnahmen, Verfassungsbeschwerden und andere Rechtswege
- Information, Bildung, Aufklärung
- Vorträge, Workshops, Seminare, Podiumsdiskussionen, Infostände
- Aktivismus, Protest und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit
- Pressemitteilungen, Kunstaktionen, Protestaktionen, Kampagnen (on- und offline)
Operation And Tasks
Coordination Office
The Coordination Office primarily serves as a service and focal point for activists, local and regional location, as well as organizations and institutions.
It offers information, contacts, networking, and information on current legislation in the field of homeland security and surveillance, and it supports as well campaigns and information.
The Action Alliance needs your support for the planning, coordination, implementation and of

* Information evenings
* Panel discussions
* Conferences
* Seminars
* Workshops
* Protest actions
and for the actual work, the maintenance of contacts in politics and society, participation in political decision-making processes and thus we need a few financial resources.
The activists and member organizations should work together in specific working groups (BAG) to bring in expertise, or even to develop new thematic campaigns .
The Action Alliance is also in the planning, coordination and organization of international campaigns and actions and to bring in international legal organizations or NGOs.
The Action Alliance is focused on the following areas:
* Coordination, networking and national exchange

Advice, opinions, appeals and other remedies
* Information and education
Lectures, workshops, seminars, panel discussions, information booths
* Activism and public protest
