24.11.2010: 200.000 Euro Strafe für Hamburger Sparkasse

Wegen Versäumnissen beim Datenschutz muss die Hamburger Sparkasse (Haspa) eine Strafe von 200 000 Euro zahlen, weil die Haspa zwischen Ende 2005 und August 2010 selbstständigen Finanzberatern Zugriff auf sensible Kundendaten, insbesondere psychologische Kundenprofile gewährt hatte.
