02.03.2011: Anlaufstelle für Datenschutz bei Geodatendiensten

Eine zentrale Anlaufstelle für den Datenschutz bei sogenannten Geodatendiensten wie Google Street View sollen Internetnutzer ab Herbst erhalten. Dies sieht das Konzept des Branchenverbandes Bitcom vor. Eine entsprechende Selbstverpflichtung haben bislang acht Unternehmen, darunter Google, Microsoft, Nokia, die Deutsche Telekom und die Deutsche Post, unterschrieben. Die Anlaufstelle wir auch eine kostenlose telefonische Beratungsstelle anbieten.
