29.09.2011: Britischer Gesundheitsdienst kippt milliardenschweres IT-Projekt

Nachdem bereits rund 12,7 Milliarden Pfund (umgerechnet etwa 14,5 Milliarden Euro) in das Projekt geflossen sind, hat die britische Regierung jetzt den Stopp eines Programms des Nationalen Gesundheitsdienstes zur technischen Aufrüstung des Gesundheitswesens und zum Aufbau eines Systems elektronischer Patientenakten angeordnet.
