Russland zieht mit neuen Gesetzen Daumenschrauben fester

Das neue Internet-Gesetz erlaubt Behörden künftig ohne Gerichtsbeschluss schwarze Listen anzulegen und Internet-Seiten zu blockieren. Die Strafen für Verleumdung wurden von bisher maximal 3000 Rubel auf bis zu 500.000 Rubel (rund 12.500 Euro) oder fünf Jahre Haft hochgesetzt.
