Whistleblower Daniel Hale Jailed Ahead of Sentencing

A year ago we had to report on the arrest of Daniel Hale, the 3rd whistleblower from the film "National Bird". He was then released on bail. Now drone whistleblower Daniel Hale was recently arrested and taken into custody.

Drone whistleblower Daniel Hale was arrested and taken into custody recently. He had been free on bond ahead of his upcoming sentencing hearing in July, but the Court revoked his bond, for reasons that remain unclear. Daniel is being held in conditions of solitary confinement, supposedly out of concern for his mental health. Needless to say, we are quite concerned about his well-being under such conditions. He told me a few days ago that he is only allowed out of his cell for two hours per week.

We are urging supporters to write letters to Daniel, and have also collected a number of other actions you can take to help, including asking the Court for leniency, and asking President Biden for a pardon.
