DESCRIPTION: Internationales Flüchtlingstribunal gegen die Bundesrepublik Deutschland   Internationales Flüchtlingstribunal gegen die Bundesrepublik  Deutschland  Vereint gegen koloniales Unrecht Juni 2013 in Berlin   Dritter Aufruf zur aktiven Teilnahme und Vorbereitung am 30. bis 31.  März 2013 in Berlin     Das Netzwerk der KARAWANE für die Rechte der Flüchtlinge und  Migrant_innen  organisiert im Sommer 2013 in Berlin ein internationales  Tribunal gegen  die Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Die Idee dazu kam 2009 im  Rahmen der  Konferenz “Vereint gegen koloniales Unrecht in Deutschland”  auf  (http://thecaravan.org/node/2125).    Das KARAWANE-Netzwerk wird Flüchtlingen und Migrant_innen die Möglichkeit  geben\,  die Bundesrepublik Deutschland öffentlich in Berlin  anzuklagen.  Die deutsche Regierung wird dafür verantwortlich gemacht\,   tagtäglich  Menschen dazu zu bringen\,  ihr Land als Flüchtlinge zu  verlassen\,  Tötungen  an den   Außengrenzen Europas zu veranlassen und  psychisches und physisches  Leid hervorzubringen\,  das Flüchtlinge und  Migrant_innen hier in  Deutschland alltäglich erfahren.    Situationsbeschreibungen\,  Zeugenaussagen sowie konkrete Beweise werden  von drei Gruppen vorgestellt: die Betroffenen und deren Familien aktive Sachkundige (Expert_innen) sowie selbstorganisierte Gruppen von Flüchtlinge und Migrant_innen    Die Unterdrückten und deren Familien werden ihre persönlichen  schmerzhaften Erfahrungen und eigenen Geschichten selbst erzählen.  Aktive  Fachleute und Sachkundige\,  darunter Ärzt_innen\,  Rechtsanwält_innen\,   Professor_innen für Soziologie\,  Recht oder Politik\,   werden die Praktiken  der deutschen Politik mit den internationalen  Abkommen abgleichen und die  Situation aus ihrem professionellen  Blickwinkel einschätzen.  Selbstorganisierte Gruppen von Flüchtlinge und    Migrant_innen präsentieren  ihre langen Widerstandsgeschichten zur  Verteidigung der Grundrechte aus  der Sicht von Flüchtlingen und  Migrant_innen. Das Tribunal reflektiert  diese Erfahrungen\,  evaluiert sie  und eröffnet Perspektiven. Vor und  während des Tribunals selbst wollen  wir eine Dokumentation zu den  Menschenrechtsverletzungen und  Ungerechtigkeiten\,  mit denen Flüchtlinge  und Migrant_innen konfrontiert  werden\,  zusammenzustellen. Diese wird  Menschenrechtsorganisationen und  anderen Interessierten zur Verfügung  gestellt.    Bei unserem ersten Vorbereitungstreffen Ende 2012 haben wir die Ziele und  Inhalte des Tribunals diskutiert\,  einen Leitfaden für die  Präsentation  von Zeugenaussagen und Anklagen entwickelt\,   Koordinationsgruppen  bestimmt\,  einen Kalender zu den Aktivitäten und  Mobilisierungsaktionen  festgelegt und das Camp am Oranienplatz als    Veranstaltungsort ausgewählt.    Bei unserem dritten Treffen Mitte Januar haben wir uns vor allem mit  der  Mobilisierung für das Tribunal beschäftigt. Wir haben einen  Mobilisierungsplan und einen Zeitplan entwickelt und erörtert\,  wie wir  es  jeder/ jedem Aktivist_in ermöglichen können sich einzubeziehen. Dies  schließt die Sammlung von Zeugenaussagen und Anklagen ein\,  die beim  Tribunal vorgestellt werden sollen. Wir sind auch tiefer in die  Bestimmung des aktuellen Programms des Tribunals eingestiegen und haben  Themen wie Infrastruktur und politische Inhalte besprochen. Hermannplatz )    Zeitplan: Beginn am Samstag (30.03.) um 13h\,  Ende am Sonntag (31.03.) um 14h    + + + + + + + + + + + +    International Refugee Tribunal against the Federal Republic of Germany  Unite against Colonial Injustice  June 2013 in BERLIN  Third call for active participation and preparation 30th to 31st of  March  2013 in Berlin    The network of the CARAVAN for the rights of refugees and migrants is  organising an international tribunal against the Federal Republic of  Germany in summer 2013 in Berlin. The idea for this tribunal was  generated in 2009 during the conference “United against colonial  injustice in Germany” (http://thecaravan.org/node/2125).    The CARAVAN network will provide refugees and migrants the possibility  to  publicly charge the federal republic of Germany   in Berlin. The German  government will be charged for being responsible for the daily  generation  of reasons for people to leave their countries as refugees\,   for the  killing at the outer borders of Europe\,  and for the  psychological and  physical suffering\,  that refugees and migrants  experience in their daily  lives here in Germany. Circumstantial evidence\,  testimonies and concrete  proof shall be  presented by three groups:    by the victims and their families\,   by active professionals ("experts") and  by the self-organizations of refugees and migrants.    The oppressed themselves and their families will tell their individually  experienced pain and their own stories. The active professionals\,  e.g.  doctors\,  lawyers\,  professors for sociology\,  law or  politics\,  will compare  the practice of the German policy with  international agreements and  evaluate the practice from their    professional view. The  self-organizations of refugees and migrants present the long history of  the struggle in defense of the basic rights  from the viewpoint of  refugees and migrants.    The tribunal reflects and concludes their experience and opens up  perspectives. Prior to the tribunal and on the way to the tribunal itself\,   it is our central aim to compile documentation on the human rights  violations and the injustice imposed on refugees and migrants. The  documentation can be provided to an interested public and to human rights  organizations.    On our first preparation meeting at the end of 2012 we discussed the  aims  and contents of the Tribunal\,  developed a proposal of how to  present  testimonies and charges\,  defined the coordination committees\,   proposed a  calendar of activities and mobilization actions and pointed  the  Oranienplatz Camp as the choice of place for the Tribunal.   In our second  meeting in mid January we mainly dealt with the mobilization for the  Tribunal. We developed a mobilization plan and a timeline and asked  ourselves how we can enable each activist to participate. This includes  collecting testimonies and charges to be presented in the Tribunal. We  also went deeper into the actual programme of the tribunal dealing with  topics like infrastructure and political content.
