  • Use of anonymizers, portals or other means to shield IP addresses
  • Encryption or use of software to hide encrypted data
  • Download of content of extreme or radical nature
  • Download or transfer of revolutionary literature

Vergessen wir nicht, dass Anonymisierung ein Grundrecht ist (informationelle Selbstbestimmung). Lassen wir diesen Wahnsinn nicht nach Europa schwappen -  ACTA stoppen!
