Bundeskriminalamt bestätigt Anschaffung von Staatstrojaner Gamma FinFisher

Den Besitz des kommerziellen Staatstrojaners der Firma Gamma/Eleman FinFisher hat ein Sprecher des BKA bestätigt. Noch wird die Software nicht eingesetzt, da sie noch in der Überprüfung sei. Der geplante Abschluß der Überprüfung zum Dezember 2012 konnte nicht gehalten werden.
