Join World BEYOND War for a "virtual chapter open house" to meet our chapter coordinators from around the world! First, we'll hear from World BEYOND War's Executive Director David Swanson and Organizing Director Greta Zarro about WBW's mission and campaigns, and how to build the peace movement within the context of the current issues we're facing, from the coronavirus pandemic, to systemic racism, to ongoing climate change. Then we'll divide up into breakout rooms by region, each moderated by a World BEYOND War chapter coordinator. In our breakouts, we'll hear what chapters are working on, discuss our interests, and brainstorm how we can collaborate with other WBW members in our respective regions.

Breakout Room moderators include: Liz Remmerswaal (New Zealand), John Pegg (Midwest USA), Al Mytty and Tom Miller (Florida, USA), Tim Pluta, Heinrich Buecker, and Barry Sweeney (Europe), Helen Peacock and Melissa Weale (Ontario, Canada), Furquan Gehlen (British Columbia, Canada), John Miksad (NYC Metro Region, USA), and Laurie Timmermann (Southeast USA). We'll also have 2 mixed region breakout rooms, if you aren't located in a region with a chapter coordinator!

Click "Register" to sign up! The webinar will be hosted on Zoom. Participants can join via a device with an internet connection, or dial in via telephone. Once you register, you will receive an email with the Zoom information.
