Please join us Sunday, January 3rd at 11 am at the UK Consulate to demand
freedom for Wikileaks journalist Julian Assange and to stop the torture. His
hearing is in London the next day, Monday, Jan. 4th. which may result in his
extradited to the US to face a legal-death sentence of 175 years imprisonment on
espionage charges. Many well-known civil liberties defenders have demanded his
release: Noam Chomsky, Daniel Ellsberg, Alice Walker, Margaret Kimberly and
many, many others. Please join us to protest this historic assault on free
speech journalism!!
